Join this informal, online group for a half-hour weekly Mindfulness practice.
Focusing on the practice of Mindfulness, and less about the theory and science, this is 30 minutes of chill-out time, where you can experience Mindful meditations, Mini-Zen exercises, and spend some time chatting and reflecting on your Mindfulness practice with me, and others living with chronic pain and illness.
The real benefits of Mindfulness come from regular, consistent practice. It can be hard to find the time or the motivation to regularly commit to this, and we can often forget. Once you have made the decision to include a regular Mindfulness practice into your life, this can be a super way of keeping that commitment up.
Take half an hour out of your day once a week, and join me and a small group of others living with chronic illness, to practice your Mindfulness.
I will lead a 10-15 minute Mindfulness practice each week, and then there will be time to chat about this afterwards.
These sessions give you the opportunity to chat with me about any issues you are finding with your practice, or any benefits you are noticing, and also chat with other like-minded folk about their own practice.
