Join me for my ‘flagship’ Mindfulness course, where I will share with you the ancient wisdom of Mindfulness practice, and teach you the basic principles and tools. This 8-week group course has been designed based around the key teachings of Mindfulness, combined with learnings from my own chronic illness experience.
What is included in this course?
1 x 30 minute Initial 1:1 consultation to assess if this course is suitable for you, and discuss what you would like to get out of it.
8 x 90 minute group sessions, to learn the key tools of Mindfulness and explore how to apply it to your own situation.
Weekly 30 minute Mindfulness Practice Group
Join this informal, online group for a half-hour weekly Mindfulness practice. Focusing more on the practice and less about the theory and science, this is 30 minutes of chill-out time, where you can experience Mindful meditations, Mini-Zen exercises, and spend some time chatting and reflecting on

Join this informal, online group for a half-hour weekly Mindfulness practice. Focusing more on the practice and less about the theory and science, this is 30 minutes of chill-out time, where you can experience Mindful meditations, Mini-Zen exercises, and spend some time chatting and reflecting on your Mindfulness practice with me, and others living with chronic pain and illness.
